This Privacy Policy describes how Rings of Life, a DBA of Dooga Dooga Enterprises LLC ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"), collects, uses and discloses your information when you use this website, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

• Service refers to the website at https://ringsoflife.com.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Information We Collect

Personal data you may provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you give in a scorecard, assessment or intake form. If you book a session, we also collect the time you booked, your time zone, any notes you add, and the email addresses of any guests you choose to add. Only add someone's email if they are comfortable receiving a copy of your booking confirmation.

Usage data collected automatically: your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of the Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other technical device data.

Email open and click data: the emails we send you contain a small invisible image, and their links pass through our own tracking address, go.ringsoflife.com, before reaching the page they point to. When your email app loads that image, or when you click one of those links, our email provider, Amazon SES, records that the email was opened or which link was clicked, together with the time, your IP address and the type of device or email app. We use this only to know that our emails are delivered and read and which links are useful. It is not used for advertising and not shared for anyone else's purposes.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Service, including scheduling and confirming sessions.
• To contact you about a booking: confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations. These are transactional messages tied to something you asked for, not a subscription.
• To send you the results of a scorecard or assessment you completed, and a requested guide.
• To measure whether our emails are delivered, opened and clicked, as described under Information We Collect.
• With your consent, to send occasional coaching-related email. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects a transactional message about a session you booked.
• To comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company or its users.

Marketing Email and Your Right to Opt Out

Any commercial email we send (a scorecard result, the guide) includes a working unsubscribe link, honored promptly, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act, and supports your email app's one-click unsubscribe. A transactional email you triggered by an action, such as booking or cancelling a session, is not a subscription and is not affected by unsubscribing from commercial email.

If you prefer that we not measure your email opens and clicks: turn off automatic image loading in your email app, and no open is recorded; to avoid a tracked link, open https://ringsoflife.com directly instead of clicking through the email; and you can stop commercial email at any time with its unsubscribe link.

Cookies

The Service uses only the cookies strictly necessary for the signed-in admin and members areas. It does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Our emails use a tracking image and tracked links, described under Information We Collect. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your Rights (CCPA and GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at success@ringsoflife.com. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Third Parties We Share Data With

• Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery and the email open and click measurement described above through Amazon SES, and data storage).
• Zoom (video conferencing for booked sessions). When you book, your name and any note you add are sent to Zoom as the meeting topic and agenda.
• Google Calendar (scheduling). When you book, your name, your email address and any note you add are written into the event on the account owner's Google Calendar, and Google sends an invitation to your email address. We also read the account owner's calendar availability.
• Cloudflare (DNS and network security).

Each of these processes data only as necessary to provide the Service, and none of them may use your data for their own advertising purposes under our agreements with them.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. A material change will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
