Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website, operated by Rings of Life, a DBA of Dooga Dooga Enterprises LLC ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").

Acknowledgment

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors and users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are over the age of 18.

Use of the Service

The Service provides information about coaching, self-guided assessments, and the ability to book a session with the Company. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to misuse the booking system, for example by making bookings you do not intend to keep.

Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling

An initial strategy session may be offered at no charge. Booking, cancelling and rescheduling a session are governed by the cutoff windows shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation email; a session cancelled or rescheduled after its cutoff window may not be available to move. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is forward-looking work between you and the coach. The Company makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, financial or otherwise, from using the Service or engaging in coaching. Any results discussed, including in testimonials, are individual and not typical; a typical result is more modest and varies by the effort and circumstances of the person involved.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including any assessment, guide or written material, are and remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to reproduce or redistribute that content without our written permission.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party site.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

"As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's entire liability under these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. A material change will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the revised Terms.
