The Strategy Session
Forty-Five Minutes. You Leave Knowing What to Do Next.
Free, on video, with me. We talk about your actual week, and you walk out with one thing to do this week and a straight answer about whether working together makes sense.
What it isn't: no pitch if it isn't a fit, no intake form to clear first, no assistant standing in for me.

Three Things Happen, in This Order.
01
Pick a Time
Open the calendar below and take a slot that works. There's no intake form to clear first, no packet to fill in, and nothing to send ahead. You show up as you are; that's the whole of the preparation.
02
Tell Me What's Actually Going On
You talk. I listen and ask the questions that narrow things down: not what your goals are, but what's the decision that's been sitting on your desk for three weeks, and where does your day really go once you're honest about it. Then I say back what I'm hearing, including where the things you've already tried worked (they did) and where they stopped. You'll hear it applied to your week, not recited as a slogan.
03
Leave With the Next Move
Before the call ends you get one specific thing to try in the next seven days, chosen for your situation rather than handed to everyone on the calendar. You also get a straight answer about fit, both directions, said once and on the call rather than chased over email afterward. If you never book another call, that one thing is still yours to keep.

A Note From Steve, Before You Book
Every session on this calendar is run by me, not a scheduler, not an associate coach standing in. I've spent close to twenty years training across four different disciplines, because the people I work with kept describing the same problem in different words: what they'd already tried worked on one part of their life and left the rest exactly where it was.
On this call I'm not handing you a framework with my name on it. I'm listening for which part of your week is actually holding the others up, and telling you the truth about it, including if the truth is that you don't need me.
Steve
This Isn't for Everyone. Here's Who It's Not For:
You want someone to agree with you. If a call ever turns into me repeating your own goals back to you in nicer language, that's the tell it's the wrong fit, and I'll be the first to say so.
You're shopping for a framework with a name on it. There's no proprietary system here, no acronym, no method with a trademark symbol after it. If that's specifically what you're looking for, this isn't it.
What's going on feels closer to a medical or mental-health question than a work-and-life one. This is coaching, and coaching is forward-looking. It is not medical or mental-health care and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If what you're carrying feels closer to that, the right first call is a doctor or a licensed therapist, and I'll tell you the same thing on the phone.
You're not planning to change anything about how you spend a week based on what comes out of this call. The forty-five minutes is real work, not a highlight reel: it only pays off for someone who's actually going to use what's in it.
The Guarantee, in Plain Words
Work with me for thirty days. If you don't find it worth what you paid, say so and you get all of it back. Not a credit, not a partial: the whole amount.
What that guarantees is your satisfaction with the work, not a particular outcome. Results vary from one person to the next, and anyone who promises you a specific one is selling you something that can't be promised. This is a guarantee that you'll get your money back if the work isn't worth it to you.
