Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is provided by Rings of Life, a DBA of Dooga Dooga Enterprises LLC ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"). It covers coaching sessions and packages, not physical goods: nothing is shipped, so the terms below replace any return-of-merchandise process you may have seen elsewhere.

Strategy Session

A first strategy session is offered at no charge. There is nothing to refund because nothing was paid; the cancellation and rescheduling terms below still apply so the time can be released for someone else.

Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booked Session

Each meeting type shown at booking states its own cancellation and reschedule cutoff, typically 24 hours before the session. Cancelling or rescheduling before that cutoff, using the link in your confirmation email, is always free. A request made after the cutoff may not be honored, and a paid session missed without notice is treated as delivered.

Refunds on Paid Coaching Packages

A multi-session coaching package is currently arranged and paid for outside this website, directly with the Company. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at success@ringsoflife.com to discuss a refund for any sessions in the package you have not yet used. A refund is prorated to the sessions not delivered, and is not available once every session in the package has been completed.

How to Request a Refund

Email success@ringsoflife.com with your name and the date of purchase. We will respond and, where a refund applies, issue it to the original method of payment within a reasonable time.
